Coronavirus and your credit card

If you are financially affected by coronavirus and require short term support with your repayments, you can request a credit card payment holiday - you will need to do this by 31st October 2020.

After this date, there will still be support available which will be tailored to your individual circumstances, but the solutions may impact your credit file.

If you’re worried about making your credit card payments because you’ve been impacted by the coronavirus, you can request a 3-month payment holiday, which won’t affect your credit rating.
