Customers who purchase a new first direct Home Insurance policy on or after 07 May 2021 and before 31 July 2021 via the first direct website or telephone channel will receive either:

·         £50 eGift Card for a new combined buildings and contents policy; or

·         £25 eGift Card for a new buildings or contents only policy.

Each eligible customer will be entitled to choose from one of the following: a) Argos eGift card; b) B&Q eGift Card; or c) Just Eat eGift Card. Each eGift Card is subject to their own terms and conditions detailed below.

The main policyholder will receive an email within 60 days of the policy start date with a link to choose which eGift Card they would prefer. This email will be sent to the email address provided when purchasing the first direct Home Insurance Policy.

The eGift Card must be chosen via the link in the email within 60 days of it being sent, after which the web page will expire. The expiry date will also be confirmed in the email sent to you.

Once chosen, eGift Cards will be sent via e-mail within 30 days.

eGift Card Eligibility

·         eGift Cards will not be issued if your policy has lapsed, been cancelled or terminated within 60 days of the policy start date.

·         eGift Cards are available to new customers only. eGift Cards are not available to customers amending or renewing their existing first direct Home Insurance policy.

·         eGift Cards are only available to customers who purchase their policy via the first direct website or its telephone channel and is not available to customers buying from a price comparison, affiliate or cashback website or anywhere else.

·         The offer of an eGift Card is limited to one per first direct Home Insurance policy.

·         eGift Cards are available to UK customers only. Not available to customers from the Isle of Man and Channel Islands.
