Don’t worry about forgetting your PIN or not having your card to hand because you can view all those details in our App. Here’s how:
- Log on to our App using your face, fingerprint or Digital Secure Key as you do normally.
- Go to the menu (On an iPhone, tap the three lines in the bottom right of the screen. On an Android device tap the three lines in the top left of the screen).
- Choose ’Cards’
- Choose ‘View PIN’ or ‘View details’
- Finally, re-confirm you’re you by using your face, fingerprint or Digital Secure Key.

How long will it take for a new PIN to show on the App?
In most cases you’ll be able to view you new PIN straight away. If you see a message saying we’re updating it, this will normally be available the next working day.
How long will it take for new card details to appear on the App?
Card details will be available immediately on our App.
