Over the next few weeks you'll receive your Online Banking upgrade, giving you improvements to the way your Online Banking service works.

We've been listening to your comments and feedback about the look and navigation of the service. The new version has been designed around the things you’ve asked for.


What you can expect:

  • you'll have a clearer layout
  • you'll see improved design and navigation
  • Online Banking will adapt to fit all screen sizes
  • there's no change to your App.

Checking your balances and transactions

  • search through your transactions
  • see any payments pending on your account
  • download PDF statements.

Sending money

  • simple to set up new payees
  • quickly move money between your accounts
  • send money as a one off or set up regular standing orders.

Managing your accounts

a 'help hub' of services, so you can do all your other banking tasks like:

  • telling us your card's been lost or stolen
  • taking control of your overdraft limit
  • understanding fees and charges.

Manage your money

  • view, amend or cancel existing regular standing orders or Direct Debits in seconds.

What you need to know

There’s no need to worry about anything. The look of your Online Banking and the way you navigate the service will be improved, but nothing else is changing. 

We’re not moving all our customers at the same time because we want to make sure you get the best possible service during the move. If you know someone who already has the upgraded version, you’ll soon be seeing it yourself.

Your existing Online Banking will work as normal until the launch of your upgraded version.
