No, it’s only possible to change your home address in the app. If you’d like a different correspondence address to your home address, please call us on 03 456 100 100.
No. Your individual insurance policies are provided by third party companies we work with and we don’t have direct access to these, so you’ll need to contact them separately. For first directory address updates, please read the next question.
For first directory, you won’t need to get in contact with the insurance providers. Once your address is updated with us, the third party insurance companies connected with your policy will be provided with your new details.
Unfortunately, not at the moment, you can only change to a UK address. Please call us if you’re already outside the UK and are moving to another non-UK address, or if you’re moving abroad.

The next statement produced after you update your address will have your new address on it. If you need a statement as soon as possible with the new address included, you can call us on 03 456 100 100 and we can order an interim statement which will include your new address.
Unfortunately you won’t be able to update this in the App until you have moved house but you can call us 3-4 working days before you move on 03 456 100 100 to let us know of your new address. We recommend you don’t call us earlier than this to ensure all correspondence from us arrives at the correct address.
