Good news for our mobile App users with a Digital Secure Key
Instead of having to call us or log in to Internet Banking, you can now set up new payments and standing orders just by logging into the Banking on the go App. It couldn't be easier.
Here's how it works:
Log on to Banking on the go. Choose 'Payments and Transfers' from the menu and then select the account you want to make the payment from.
Select 'New payment to a person' or 'New payment to a company'. Fill in their details, then choose how much you want to pay them and whether you want to make a one-off or regular payment.
Use your Digital Secure Key Password to verify all the details you've entered. And if you're lucky enough to have an iPhone with Touch ID enabled, you'll only need to use your fingerprint.
You're all done. Your payment will be set up just like you asked. Technology's good, isn't it?
You're still welcome to call us or use Internet Banking, but now you don't have to if you don't want to. That's handy.
Not got the app? Go to the App Store or Google Play store to download the right version for you. 'Banking on the go'
