Who can use it?

Absolutely anyone can use the first direct Currency Converter App - you don't need to be a first direct customer. The Currency Converter App doesn't allow access to any other first direct online services.
What you need

To install the App, you just need an iPhone or iPod Touch® running iOS 3.2 or later. You'll also need an internet connection for the first launch of the App to download the latest rates and then to update the rates each time the App is used.
How to download the App

You can find the first direct Currency Converter App in the Apple App StoreSM. Simply search for "first direct Currency Converter", then download and install as you would any other App.
Cost

It's free to download, though as with any other App, your network provider might charge you for the internet connection when you download it, as well as when you download any updates.
Ordering travel money

You should only use currency rates as guidelines for conversions between currencies. If you place an order with us for travel money, please be aware that actual rates might be different from those shown on the App since exchange rates fluctuate throughout the day.
Using the App abroad

If you use the App whilst abroad, make sure that it's permitted by local law, and remember your network provider's roaming charges may be higher - as with any App.
Updates and changes

We may update the app from time to time - you'll need to download the updates by connecting with the App Store. The App may be withdrawn at any time, however we will do our best to tell you if this is going to happen. It's important that you only download Apps in accordance with the Terms and Conditions that you have with Apple.
