How to register for Internet Banking

Already a customer?

To access Internet Banking, you'll need:

  • your personal online ID numbers
  • obtain your numbers any time by calling us on 08 456 100 100.

To access simply:

  • visit firstdirect.com
  • select 'Internet Banking' from the log-on menu at the top of the screen
  • enter your online ID numbers
  • set up a username and memorable password which you'll need each time you log on.

Not yet a customer?

Internet Banking is only available once you become a first direct customer.
