Mobile Money transactions are secure. Your Mobile Money service can only be accessed from your mobile phone using your passcode. We regularly test, update and validate our security model to ensure we maintain a banking grade level of security. We also use recognised and independent security experts to validate the security of Mobile Money.
Once you've registered and downloaded the software onto your phone, you'll be able to request the following at no additional charge, as often as you like, until 31 December 2010:
Costs from 1 January 2011 are 25p for a mini-statement, and just 20p for balance enquiries. No additional fees will apply to mobile phone top ups.
*Free means free of charges from first direct. O2, T-Mobile and Tesco Mobile customers can download and use the service completely free. Orange, Vodafone and Virgin mobile customers may incur a small data charge. If you use this service abroad, standard roaming data charges will apply depending on your network.
