MONILINK™ transactions are secure. Your MONILINK™ service can only be accessed from your mobile phone using your passcode. We regularly test, update and validate our security model to ensure we maintain a banking grade level of security. We also use recognised and independent security experts to validate the security of MONILINK™.
Once you've registered and downloaded the software onto your phone, you'll be able to request the following at no additional charge, as often as you like, until 28 February 2010:
Costs from 1 March 2010 are 25p for a mini-statement, and just 20p for balance enquiries. No additional fees will apply to mobile phone top ups.
*Free means free of charges from first direct. O2, T-Mobile and Tesco Mobile customers can download and use the service completely free. Orange, Vodafone and Virgin mobile customers may incur a small data charge. If you use this service abroad, standard roaming data charges will apply depending on your network.
