If you're an existing first direct customer and would like to register for Internet Banking, you'll need to:

  • register for Telephone Banking if you haven't already done so. You can do this by calling us on 03 456 100 100
  • select 'Internet Banking' at the top of our website, then select 'activate your Internet Banking' and follow the on-screen instructions.
