  • switch your bank account to first direct now and we make a simple promise to give you £100
  • to qualify you need to transfer your banking using our Easyswitch service (transferring at least two Direct Debits and/or standing orders) and salary/income of at least £1,500 per month to your 1st Account within three months of your account opening
  • sorry, but we can only offer this to people who haven't previously held any account with first direct.

  • you must have paid in at least £1,500 a month for six months and not have tried us before

If there is a delay or mistake in the switching process we will refund any charges or interest you've paid to us. If you're a Northern Ireland customer your old bank will also refund any charges or interest you've paid to them and if you've used our switching service we can offer you an interest free overdraft for up to three months.
